| 2 | 4-ounce fresh salmon filets |
| 1/4 | cup low-sodium teriyaki sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons brown sugar or honey |
| 1 | teaspoons minced garlic (or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder) |
| 1 | teaspoons fresh ginger (or 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder) |
| sesame seeds (optional) |
In bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, garlic and ginger. Place salmon filets in a plastic bag and pour the mixture over the salmon. Marinate 1-3 hours. Bake salmon at 400 degrees (on oven's top rack) for 8 minutes per inch of thickness. (Do not cover or turn salmon). Salmon is done when the flesh begins to flake and is still slightly translucent.
