| 4 | 4-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
| 1/2 | cup honey |
| 1/2 | cup Italian dressing |
Place chicken in large plastic bag. Combine honey and Italian dressing, pour over chicken. Marinate overnight. Grill 5-8 minutes on each side or until chicken is fully cooked. Serve with steamed brown rice (or grilled acorn squash) and grilled asparagus.
Serving size: 1 chicken breast after cooking = 3 oz lean meat, 1/2 carbohydrate choice
